Foxboro, MA Bob Horvath and Todd Tremblay of Horvath & Tremblay have completed the sale of a Walgreens. Horvath & Tremblay exclusively represented the seller to complete the transaction at a sale price of $4.9 million.

Walgreens is located at 121 Main St. (Unit 6). Walgreens has occupied the property since it was constructed in 2008, and there are 7+ years of term remaining on the lease followed by 50, one-year renewal options. 

Walgreens is located at the entrance to the Shops at Chestnut Green shopping center, directly next to the junction of Main St. with North St. and Chestnut St. The parcel benefits from excellent visibility and frontage, with two points of access and prominent signage.
