Kennedy of Largo R.E. Advisors arranges $1.875m

North Street office building

Bennington, VT Christopher Kennedy, account executive for LargoReal Estate Advisors, Inc., arranged $1.875 million construction and permanent financing to renovate a North St. office building.

The project will include a renovation to the space currently occupied by Grapitex, to accommodate the Veterans Administration that took occupancy in April. Additionally, the Bennington Brew Pub will take the space that was previously occupied by CB Sports, and CB Sports will be moved to an alternate space within the center. The borrower has constructed an adjacent building that will be home to the Green Grocer. Kennedy secured a 10-year fixed rate loan and 20-year amortization schedule for the borrower.
