This summer, the local residents will welcome the areas latest retail center located at 740 Broadway. Broadway runs directly through South Portland and connects the bridge from the city of Portland to the Maine Mall area.
The project will consist of two state of the art buildings totaling over 22,000 s/f of highly visible retail space. The owner and developer of the project, T&T Development, LLC, started construction on the project over three months ago and has since successfully leased out the majority of the center. The tenants are an assorted mix of retail stores that will experience a high volume of customers. The location on Broadway experiences a 24,200 average daily traffic count. - Supercuts - a convenient and reasonably priced hair salon.
- Nail Co. - a full service nail salon.
- J.P. Thorton's - a locally owned eatery specializing in homemade items.
- Tuxedos on Broadway - a full service tuxedo shop for all special events.
- Cherished Possessions - a home furnishing, design and consignment store.
740 Broadway offers its tenants ample on-site parking, high visibility and Class A build-to- suit finishes. The center will be a welcome alternative to traveling to the Maine Mall or Portland's Old Port and will offer customers a convenient local shopping center.
