Riggs & Gallagher complete 30,000 s/f at Quonset Business Park

North Kingstown, RI Riggs & Gallagher was the design-build contractor for Vantage Point, a 3-story, 30,000 s/f brick and glass L-shaped building at Quonset Business Park.

The building has two outdoor balconies and two waterfront patios that provide space for picnics, client entertainment and wireless internet. There is storage space for fishing gear, a boat rack and a small dock. Windows offer views of Narragansett Bay. There is also a beach and bike/walking paths adjacent to the building

The Quonset Business Park amenities are also available for tenants, including a golf course and an onsite airport.

Susan Collier, property manager for Riggs & Gallagher, said the company is marketing the space as a lifestyle work environment.
