NAI Hunneman brokers $1 million sale

Salem, MA NAI Hunneman has brokered the sale of a 13-unit apartment building for $1 million. Located at 313 Essex St., the building was sold to Anthony and Colleen Rosati of Boxford. Gina Barroso, an associate at NAI Hunneman, represented the seller, Beverly-based Heller Trust. George Fallon of Tache Real Estate represented the buyers.

313 Essex St. is composed of seven studio apartments and six one-bedroom apartments. The three-story property rests on a .15 acre lot and totals 8,216 s/f. The building enjoys excellent access to all of the tourist, retail and dining options that downtown Salem has to offer, as well as close proximity to public transportation routes and major roads servicing Salem and surrounding communities.
