Boston, MA According to the First Church of Christ, Scientist, Northeastern University has signed a short-term lease for 72,000 s/f of office space at 101 Belvidere St.

The university will use the new space near its main campus for administrative purposes.

The First Church of Christ, Scientist, was represented in the negotiations by Duncan Gratton and Lauria Brennan of DTZ FHO Partners' Asset Advisory Group.

Northeastern University was represented by Michael Edward and Robert Cronin of Colliers Meredith & Grew, Inc.
