Waters of McLaughry Comm'l. leases 1,800 s/f

Hanover, NH Bruce Waters, CCIM, senior associate/broker for McLaughry Commercial, negotiated the 1,800 s/f lease between Hanover Equity Group and Glycan Biosciences. Glycan was located in the Centerra Park incubator, but has moved forward and beyond the start-up phase of the company.

The new facility, 2 Buck Rd., is a multiple tenanted building with other tenants such as Dartmouth Hitchcock Clinic, Dartmouth Medical School and Nextmark.

McLaughry Comm'l. represented the landlord and assisted the tenant.
