Windham, NH The Stubblebine Company represented Rick McCoy in the sale of a 25,000 s/f office/flex building located at 1 Industrial Dr.

David, James and Micah Stubblebine from The Stubblebine Co. suburban team also procured the buyer, Financial Destinations, a wealth management consulting firm.

The property, which was occupied by Colley McCoy, was the headquarters for a major McDonald's franchise holder. The building major systems and roof was fully renovated in the past five years.

According to James Stubblebine, the buyer chose to purchase the property because of it's access to I-93 by means of the new Rte. 111 bypass, the quality of the building finishes and the rental income in-place on the second floor.
