Vidal/Wettenstein brokers $2.6m sale to Gault Cos.

Bridgeport, CT Vidal/Wettenstein brokered the $2.6 million sale of 315 Seaview Ave. to the Gault Companies of Westport. The property consists of 6.7 acres and a 60,000 s/f high bay industrial building, formerly known as the Cilco Terminal and thereafter as part of the Coastline Terminal operations.

The remaining Coastline Terminal property is at 535 Seaview Ave.and has 80,000 s/f of high bay refrigerated distribution and warehouse buildings on 20 acres with 1,000 ft. of deep water dockage.

Gault is a family owned full service heating oil business in Fairfield County, and a supplier of mason and landscape products.

Scott Zakos, Randy Vidal, SIOR and Bruce Wettenstein, SIOR of Vidal/Wettenstein represented Coastline Terminals. Peter Lane acted as agent for the Gault Companies.
