Springfield, MA Gomberg Financial Services has arranged a $1,041,300, 80% LTV first mortgage loan for the purchase of a 27-unit apartment building located at 88-90 Elliot St.

The loan is fixed for 10 years at an interest rate of 6.63% and amortized over 30 years. This loan was completed with the Fannie Mae Three Max Express program.

The borrower owns and manages over 90 units in Springfield and Chicopee, Mass.
