Bedford, MA Continuing its rapid growth, The Dolben Co., Inc. was recently retained to manage two new communities with a total of 428 apartment homes, Heritage at Bedford Springs and Alta Chesapeake Ridge in North East, MD. Dolben has grown its portfolio by over 25% within the last two years and now has over 10,000 units under management.
