Wilton, CT According to Davis Marcus Partners, The Sun Products Corp. has signed to a long term lease to locate its corporate headquarters in 56,603 s/f at 60 Danbury Rd. The Sun Products Corp. will occupy the entire second and third floors of the newly constructed three story 81,950 s/f class A office building in Wilton Corporate Park.

The location will serve as the headquarters for the newly formed company. The Sun Products Corporation, which will employ 130 at this location, is expected to take occupancy of its new space in March. It is currently operating in interim space in Stamford and Westport.

Gregory Frisoli, senior director of Cushman & Wakefield, represented Sun Products in the lease negotiations. Albert B. Ashforth is the leasing agent for Wilton Corporate Park, and is represented by Jeffrey Gage and Edward Tonnessen.

"The Sun Products Corp.'s move to 60 Danbury Rd. follows the commitment of Tygris Commercial Finance to Wilton Corp. Park," said David Fiore, senior VP for Davis Marcus Partners. "This transaction with Sun not only marks one the largest deals secured in Fairfield County this year but it also continues to confirm the strength of Wilton Corp. Park and Rte. 7's corporate corridor."

"We evaluated numerous space options in the area and concluded that 60 Danbury Rd. provided the most advantageous occupancy solution to accommodate the needs of a 130‐person corporate office." said Frisoli.

Wilton Corp. Park is a 33 acre four‐building office development, comprised of two existing fully leased premier properties at 50 and 64 Danbury Rd. and two new class A office buildings at 40 and 60 Danbury Rd. Building developers, Davis Marcus Partners, designed and built the two new constructions to meet the US Green Building Council's Gold LEED certification.

Wilton Corporate Park also offers amenities including a 150‐seat theatre style auditorium with presentation technology and horseshoe pits as well as clay tennis, basketball and sand volleyball courts.
