Concord, NH Builder/architect Tanguay Homes is building Abbott Village, an active lifestyle community. The project will have 15 buildings containing 80 units. Currently, 18 units are ready for occupancy.

Yves Tanguay said, "An overnight in our luxury townhome model is an ideal way to experience the Abbott Village difference. Abbott Village is ideally located minutes from the bustling downtown of New Hampshire's state capitol, and easily accessible to I-93. Only an hour from Boston, Abbott Village is a short drive to all that N.H. has to offer, including the lakes region, world-class skiing, and the seacoast.

Every townhome has a private elevator and are wheelchair accessible. Amenities include a community clubhouse, exercise center and putting green.

The project will cost approximately $50 million.

Located at U.S. 3 North or North State St., the complex is built on the Abbott Farms estate, which dates from the mid 1700s.
