Merrimack, NH Mark Looney of Sperry Van Ness/Fini Group has completed the sale of Twin Bridge Plaza, 501 Daniel Webster Highway. The multi-tenant retail and professional center consists of 14,078 s/f and is 100% leased.

Looney represented the seller, Chesapeake Development. Merit McIntyre of Northway Real Estate, Haverhill, Mass., represented the buyer, 501 DWH, LLC.

According to registry records, the sale price was $1.845 million.
