O,R&L Commercial brokers $638,000 industrial sale in East Hartford

East Hartford, CT O,R&L Commercial has completed the recent sale of 351 Burnham St. for $638,000. The transaction closed on April 22nd, 2026.

The industrial property was purchased by James Kaloutis of Kaloutis & Company from Soundview Growth Partners, LLC, owned by Paige Cecchi. O,R&L Commercial’s Mark Berkowitz represented the seller and also procured the buyer.

“We are pleased to have helped facilitate this transaction and support Kaloutis & Company’s growth in the region,” said Berkowitz of O,R&L Commercial.

Kaloutis & Company acquired the property as part of its continued expansion to better serve clients throughout Connecticut and the Northeast. The company specializes in commercial painting, industrial flooring, and fireproofing services, providing general contractors and facility managers with the expertise and resources needed to complete projects efficiently and keep facilities operational.

O,R&L Commercial, LLC with offices in Branford and Rocky Hill represents landlords, tenants, sellers and buyers in the office, retail, medical, multi-family, investment and industrial markets.
