39 Darling Avenue - South Portland, ME

South Portland, ME Pioneer Telephone Company has purchased the 12,075 s/f office building at 39 Darling Ave. from QSI LLC for $1.17 million.

Mark Malone, CCIM, of Malone Commercial Brokers, and Marc Fishman of Fishman Realty Group, completed the sale.
