Eamon O'Marah of Ames Hotel Partners, Gary Johnson of Cambridge 7 Associates, and Justin Krebs of Normandy Real Estate Partners recently received an award from The Bostonian Society for their redevelopment of the historic Ames building, Boston's first skyscraper. Built in 1889, the Ames Building is currently being redeveloped into a 123-room boutique hotel. Â Brian LeMay, the executive director of The Bostonian Society, presented them with the society's 2009 Historic Preservation Award on January 29th at The Society's Boston History Award Gala.
