CresaPartners leases 4,342 s/f to MedAssets

Southborough, MA David Ross of CresaPartners in Boston and John Flack of CresaPartners in Atlanta recently represented MedAssets Inc. in a lease of 4,342 s/f at 153 Cordaville Rd. The office is in a 42,000 s/f stand alone office buildng.

MedAssets, a provider of comprehensive financial performance solutions, is relocating from 1671 Worcester Rd., Framingham, where it occupied 4,000 s/f. According to Sue Swift, director of client services at MedAssets, "This new office provides us with an improved facility in a better location, where we can make more efficient use of space."

The landlord, Capital Group Properties, was represented by Bob McGuire of CBRE.
