Worcester, MA Glickman, Kovago & Company brokered the sale of 274 Franklin St. for $175,000. Jerry Sigel sold the 12,490 s/f industrial building to Guani Romeo. The buyer intends to redevelop the property into retail and office space. James Glickman, principal at Glickman Kovago & Company, represented the seller.

Glickman also brokered a lease agreement between Adam Allison LLC of Northborough and Baesis Inc. for 1,600 s/f of office space at 107 Otis St. in Northborough. Baesis is a busiess solution provider of both hardware and software that enables law firms to be more productive. 11,000 s/f of office space is still available at 107 Otis St. Glickman represented the lessor in this transaction.

In another transaction, David Brasington, vice president at Glickman Kovago & Company, brokered the sale of a 7-unit investment property at 28-30 Church St. in North Attleboro for $525,000.
