Weichert Dunhill Commercial sells former Coast restaurant for $755,000

Orleans, MA Tom Davis, Richard Catania and Adam Bauer of Weichert Dunhill Commercial of Hyannis brokered the $755,000 sale of the Orleans restaurant formerly known as the Coast located at 63 Rte. 6a.

Weichert Dunhill Commercial represented both the buyers, Andrew and Jane Murphy, and the seller, Robert Jacobus of Gulf Coast LLC. The new restaurant will be called the Lost Dog Pub. The Murphys are the owners of several area restaurants including one in the U.S. Virgin Islands.

The property, a free standing recently renovated two story building consisting of 4,560 s/f, is sited in an desirable location with multiple curb cuts and excellent signage. The sale price was based on $166 price per s/f.

Coastal Community Capital arranged the financing through the Bank of Cape Cod.

The business should be open in the next few weeks and will be a great addition to the Orleans community.
