Lexington, MA Rick Robinson of GVA Thompson Hennessey & Partners represented BTS Asset Management in its recent 10,858 s/f lease at 420 Bedford St. The landlord, Boston Properties, was represented by Stacey Baker.

BST Asset Management, a long term tenant at 420 Bedford St., will relocate in July to a new suite and expand its space by 2,500 s/f.

The property is one of two buildings in the Class A Lexington Office Park totaling 166,000 s/f. Located at the junction of Rte. 4 and I-95, the property offers on-site management and food service.
