Lincoln, RI Mike Giuttari, SIOR, president of MG Commercial Real Estate sold the 34,000 s/f, fully air-conditioned facility located at 601 Park East Dr. in the Highland Corporate Park to LSI Retail Graphics for Tytex. The sale price was $1.75 million. LSI was located in at 811 Park East Dr. and expanded into 601 Park East Dr. Giuttari represented Tytex and introduced LSI as the buyer. LSI and Tytex have been clients of Giuttari's for the past 20 years.

Subsequently, Giuttari moved Tytex into a new 2,200 s/f office at 614 George Washington Highway. The property is owned and managed by Blue St. Management.
