Cronin of Lincoln Prop. handles 2 transactions totaling 21,200 s/f

TeleGlass National, a division of JN Phillips Auto Glass and a leader in the auto glass repair and replacement industry, has purchased a 18,500 s/f office/flex building located at 18 Terry Ave. Vice president Rob Cronin of Lincoln Property Co. represented the buyer in the market search and sale transaction, and Sam Oddo of Oddo Inc. represented the seller. TeleGlass National is expected to use half of 18 Terry Ave. as its corporate headquarters and will lease the balance of the space. Lincoln Property Co. will be marketing the available flex space. ServicePoint USA, a leader in the document printing and information management industry, has leased 27,000 s/f of flex/office space at 5 Commonwealth Ave. in Woburn. Cronin represented the landlord, CHK Realty Trust, and procured the tenant. ServicePoint USA, a subsidiary of Spanish firm, Service Point Solutions, will begin its 7-year tenancy in the second quarter of '09.
