Milford, CT According to Michael Richetelli, president and designated broker of Colonial Properties, Inc., 9 Research Dr. has been sold. The 15,000 s/f office/flex building is located at the intersection of Woodmont Rd. near I-95, exit 40. The building sits on one acre and was mostly vacant at the time of sale.

Kevin Weirsman, vice president and Tom Doyle of Colonial Properties were the sole brokers involved in the transaction for their representation of the seller, Milford Research Drive Property, LLC.

The buyer, SS Realty, LLC, plans to renovate the building and Colonial is handling the re-tenanting process with spaces available from 2,000 s/f and up currently available.
