Dorchester, MA KeyPoint Partners, LLC, the Burlington, Mass. based commercial real estate service firm, has been awarded the property management contract for the Bayside Exposition Center, according to William Lawler, partner/director of property and asset management for the firm. CMAT 1999-C2 Mount Vernon St., LLC awarded the contract.

The Bayside Exposition Center, a 19-acre property with 240,000 s/f of exposition space and 40,000 s/f of meeting space on the waterfront, is a frequent venue for conferences, car and motorcycle shows, dog shows and other exhibits and events.

The lender bought the property for $11 million at a foreclosure auction in May. The management contract was awarded to KeyPoint Partners immediately following the purchase.

"This assignment represents not only repeat business from a valued client," said Lawler, "But also a new property type beyond retail, office, and industrial to augment our growing management portfolio."
