Nicholas Morizio, SIOR, CRE and Richard Abo of Colliers Dow & Condon, in collaboration with Jennings Real Estate in Springfield, were the leasing agents in the transaction. John Reed of CBRE represented the tenant. Colliers Dow & Condon, with offices in Hartford and New Hanven, Conn. along with Kevin Jennings of Jennings Real Estate, will continue to represent Winstanley Enterprises in leasing the remaining available manufacturing and office space located at 77 Champion Dr.
