Woburn, MA KS Partners, LLC has leased 12,327 s/f of office space at its 130 New Boston St. property.

Glenn Roberts of Fenway Equities, LLC represented the landlord, KS Partners, LLC and Lawrence Epstein of Colliers Meredith & Grew represented SBLI.

SBLI entered into the five year lease on the second floor of the building.
