Greg Klemmer, principal of Klemmer Associates, has been an active broker for 23 years, specializing in the industrial and office markets north of Boston. In 1999 he founded Klemmer Associates LLC with partners Chub Whitten and Peter Brown. Since the company's inception, Klemmer has been integral in completing over 7.69 million s/f of real estate transactions valued at over $435 million. Klemmer is the current president of the New England Chapter of SIOR. He also sits on the boards of the North Shore Chamber of Commerce, the North Shore Alliance and the Commercial Brokers Alliance.
