Hardy represented the seller, Unity Bank and Feiner represented the buyer, Cilantro Mexican Grill.

Cilantro Mexican Grill will open their fifth restaurant in R.I. by the first quarter of 2010. Cilantro is also located in downtown Providence, North Providence, Coventry, and Newport.
