Sentry Comm'l. brokers two leases totaling 14,975 s/f

Rocky Hill, CT According to Sentry Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc., Vanguard Direct has renewed its 9,975 s/f lease at 41 Hammer Mill Rd. The 19,500 s/f industrial building is owed by Bussman Associates, Inc. Sentry Commercial was the sole broker in the transaction.

In another transaction, Sentry Commercial leased 5,000 s/f at 29 Kripes Rd. in East Granby to Accro-Met. The 48,480 s/f industrial building is owned by Airport Business Center II, LP. Mark Duclos, Sherri Thompson and Alan Bolduc, formerly of Sentry, represented the landlord and Colliers Dow and Condon represented the tenant.
