Beal of A.W. Perry negotiates seven leases at The Berkeley - 20,369 s/f

According to A.W. Perry seven tenants have signed leases totaling 20,369 s/f at The Berkeley at 420 Boylston St. The new tenants include Lois L. Lindauer Searches LLC; Mackie Shea O'Brien, P.C.; McNamee Lawrence & Co., LLC; Top Dog Solutions; TransPerfect Translations; UNICEF; and Ziggs, Inc. "We welcome these tenants to The Berkeley and look forward to providing them with great service for the years to come" said Richard Beal, vice president of A.W. Perry who negotiated the leases on behalf of A.W. Perry. "We would also like to thank Cresa Partners, Cushman & Wakefield, Gregg & Ellis and Richards, Barry, Joyce & Partners who each represented a tenant in the above-mentioned lease transactions." Known as the "Crown Jewel of the Back Bay," The Berkeley was completely renovated by A.W. Perry in 1989 and was one of the first buildings in the city to be honored with all three (local, regional and international) of BOMA's Office Building of the Year awards. With panoramic views of Back Bay, historical elements and modernized systems which provide comfort and security to tenants, The Berkeley is a stylish and prestigious building that offers an exciting and inspiring working environment.
