Boston, MA According to A.W. Perry seven tenants have signed leases totaling 20,369 s/f at The Berkeley at 420 Boylston St. The new tenants include Lois L. Lindauer Searches LLC; Mackie Shea O'Brien, P.C.; McNamee Lawrence & Co., LLC; Top Dog Solutions; TransPerfect Translations; UNICEF; and Ziggs, Inc.

Perry who negotiated the leases on behalf of A.W. Perry.
