Cambridge Seven Associates has repositioned/re-branding of O'Connor Capital Partners' 100 Westminster as a first class corporate office building with a new canopy and a lobby interior.
Cambridge Seven designed the space to create a new office lobby with a customer-friendly retail streetscape. The new space provides exterior entries to the stores, allowing retailers and restaurants to have more visibility from the street.
The 20-story rose-colored granite and emerald-green reflective-glass tower provides more than 360,000 s/f of office space and street-front retail stores in the financial district. An underground garage provides on-site parking for 120 cars, and there is access to other nearby parking facilities and public transportation.
