Colliers facilitates 36,471 s/f lease renewal for Corbus Pharmaceuticals

Norwood, MA Colliers has facilitated the lease renewal of Corbus Pharmaceuticals at 500 River Ridge Dr. Vice chair Curtis Cole, along with vice president Sean Hannigan and senior vice president Tim Allen of Colliers, represented the tenant in the transaction. JLL, led by Nat Kessler, represented the landlord, River Ridge Limited Partnership.

The renewal encompasses 36,471 s/f within the Class A office property, located in the River Ridge Office Park.
