Wellfleet, MA According to Kinlin Grover Commercial Group in Orleans, Frank Caulfield and Alice Pots have sold Neighborhood Automotive, a well known automotive repair shop located on Rte. 6, for $550,000.

The sale included the goodwill and equipment as well as a 3,600 s/f building. The transaction was facilitated by Nat Santoro, CCIM of Kinlin Grover Commercial, who represented the sellers, and Brian Pothier of ERA Cape Real Estate Orleans, who represented the buyers, Kevin and Thomas Sturtevant.

Neighborhood Automotive has been in business for years and the new owners intend to continue providing the same service for which it is known.

In another transaction, James and Donna Demetri have sold their business, Jimmy D's Sports Bar, a well known establishment located on Rte. 6 in Eastham, for $175,000. The restaurant includes a year round full liquor license, coin operated amusements, a billiard table, and Keno. The sale included the goodwill and equipment with an option to purchase the 5,052 s/f building at a later date.

The transaction was facilitated by Santoro who represented the sellers and the buyer, James Parker.
