Matthew Gaines, Esq., prior to joining the law firm of Marcus, Errico, Emmer & Brooks, P.C., Gaines worked in the Massachusetts Legislature serving as chief of staff and legislative director for senator Brian Joyce and also worked as the senate staff member for the joint committee on community development and small business. He is an active member of CAI and currently serves on the Massachusetts Legislative Action Committee (MALAC).
