New Haven, CT According to Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services, a 2,300 s/f office building with 15-car parking located at 26 Trumbull St. traded on June 8 at $485,000. The two-story, frame multi-tenanted building was sold by 26 Trumbull Street, LLC to Chodos, LLC. The buyer's insurance agency will occupy the second floor.

Stephen Press, SIOR represented the seller and structured a partial leaseback. E. Tyler Della Valle, of Dow Realty, represented the buyer.
