Miller of Levey Miller Maretz brokers 6,000 s/f lease in Milford
According to Steve Miller of Levey MillerMaretz Commercial Realtors, Encore Billiards and Gameroom has leased 6,000 s/f at 1581 Boston Post Rd. Encore will be selling billiard tables and accessories and gameroom furniture.
TKM-OP, LLC is the owner/landlord of the property.
Miller was the sole broker in the transaction.
