Lyman joins CBRE as an associate in the Retail Services Group

Tyler Lyman has joined the Stamford office of CB Richard Ellis as an associate in the Retail Services Group. In his new role, Lyman joins CBRE's Jessica Curtis in providing tenant representation, project leasing, site selection and disposition services to large corporate retail users in the northern suburbs of New York City, with primary attention to Fairfield and Westchester counties. Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Lyman worked for Strategic Retail Advisors and Real Estate Advisors, both located in Framingham, Mass. where he concentrated in tenant representation throughout New England. Lyman is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and holds real estate licenses in Connecticut, New York and Massachusetts. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in entrepreneurship and business management from Northeastern University.
