Danbury, CT Harvey Industries, a manufacturer and distributor of windows, siding, doors and other building products, has signed a 10-year, 40,100 s/f lease at 47-53 Old Ridgebury Rd. With locations throughout the New England and tri-state region, Harvey's move into the former DHL facility this month will signify a further expansion of the company.

Robert Eber, senior associate of CB Richard Ellis' Stamford office and Edward Jarosz, first vice president of CB Richard Ellis' Boston office, represented both Harvey Industries and the owner, 155 John Street, LLC, in the transaction.

"Harvey's commitment to the area shows a confidence in the Danbury market," said Eber. "The new location will now allow Harvey to service its clients in a larger geographic area."

47-53 Old Ridgebury Rd. is a true cross-dock facility with attached modern offices. The property offers access to I-84 and Rtes. 6 and 202.
