Cambridge, MA The Boston office of Lincoln Property Company completed multiple office leases totaling about 60,000 s/f at 55 Cambridge Pkwy., bringing the 277,761 s/f office building to full occupancy.

Lincoln Property Co.'s John Miller, senior vice president and area director, and Jeffrey Moore, assistant vice president, represented the investment manager, Invesco Real Estate, in the transactions.

"Although the asset has consistently remained well occupied for quite some time, we are very pleased that 55 Cambridge Pkwy. is now fully leased," said Miller. "Full occupancy is always the goal when leasing an asset, but attaining the tenant base 55 Cambridge Pkwy. has is a welcomed bonus."

Most recently, IHS renewed and expanded its 42,800 s/f office lease at 55 Cambridge Pkwy. The tenant was represented by Joseph Flaherty, executive vice president and managing partner, as well as, Benjamin Coffin, assistant vice president, both at Colliers Meredith and Grew.

CSP Associates renewed and expanded its 7,700 s/f lease at 55 Cambridge Pkwy. recently.

Scientia Advisors signed a new 7,000 s/f lease and relocated from One Main St. to 55 Cambridge Pkwy. The tenant was represented by Ted Lyon, senior vice president at FHO Partners.

55 Cambridge Pkwy. was originally built in 1985 by Cabot, Cabot and Forbes on a plot that borders the Charles River and offers views of the Boston skyline. 55 Cambridge Pkwy. has 385 parking spaces at the asset, along with an onsite property management staff. Genzyme Corporation is the anchor tenant in the building occupying 114,000 s/f.
