Westborough, MA Richards Barry Joyce & Partners, LLC (RBJ&P) advised Virtusa Corporation in a lease extension for its corporate headquarters.

RBJ&P negotiated the lease for 22,147 s/f of office space on the third floor of 2000 WestPark Dr., which is part of the Westborough Office Park.

Lashar, Paul Leone and Samantha Hallowell of RBJ&P represented Virtusa in the lease. The building's landlord, BPG / Westborough Investors, LP, was represented by Jones Lang LaSalle.
