Boston, MA-Boston Realty Advisors retained to sell 19,847 s/f 1650 Commonwealth Avenue

Servus Brokerage Company changes its name to the RM Bradley Company

Hartford, CT According to Richard Mulready, CEO of Servus Management Corporation, Servus Brokerage Company officially changed its name to the RM Bradley Company. RM Bradley is a Boston-based commercial real estate company that Servus purchased in March of 2008. The RM Bradley Co., which has been in existence for over 112 years, is headquartered in Boston.

Servus Management Corp. headquartered in Hartford and celebrating its 35th year in business this month, will continue operating under that banner, as will the Servus Parking Co. Servus Management currently manages more than 6 million s/f of commercial property. The combined companies will share a new logo which more clearly illustrates the companies' core competency of commercial real estate management, brokerage, and consulting.

Mulready said, "One of the values we sought in that purchase was the brand recognition of RM Bradley. By changing the name of Servus Brokerage in Hartford to RM Bradley, we hope to capitalize on that brand while coordinating the reach of the brokerage company west to Hartford and south to Washington DC, where Servus currently manages 850,000 s/f of retail property."
