Norwalk, CT Washington Trust's Commercial Real Estate Group recently provided $4.95 million to 426 Main Avenue Associates, LLC for the refinancing of the Four Points by Sheraton. The 70,209 s/f hotel contains 127 guest rooms, meeting space, fitness center, and a newly renovated restaurant and lounge.
