New Members of the IFMA Boston

Marc Boesch is a senior vice president in Global Procurement and Office Services with The TJX Companies, Inc based in Framingham, Mass. Boesch has 20 years of experience in global procurement with more recent responsibilities of office services (CRE) at TJX. Boesch graduated with a Master of Professional Studies from Cornell-ESSEC, Paris - France and has his MBA from F.W. Olin School of Management at Babson College. Peter Trocco is senior manager of facilities at Charles River Laboratories. He is responsible for planning, directing, and managing the operations and activities of the facilities maintenance and shipping/receiving departments for Charles River Laboratories. Jeremy Lowe recently retired from the U.S. Marines and has begun pursuing a B.S. degree in Facilities Planning and Management. He is planning to transfer to Wentworth Institute of Technology for the Fall 2012 Semester. Lowe is looking forward to receiving the Facility Management Journal along with attending IFMA Boston events as a great source of information while he pursues his education. Tory Kempf is a major account executive for Allied Waste. Kempf specializes in developing comprehensive waste stream and recycling solutions for large commercial and higher education customers in the Boston area. Kempf is a graduate of Quinnipiac University and has over 10 years of experience in working with building owners and operators. Brett Farbstein LEED AP BD+C, CEM, CBCP, EBCP is a commissioning engineer with AKF Group. Farbstein has his B.S. from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He has 20 years of sustainable building experience to assist owners and facility managers with LEED initiatives, energy and water conservation efforts, and commissioning projects. Lori Besegai graduated from Aquinas College. After many years of working in the non-profit sector she ended up in sales for a trash company and felt her hands were tied in offering transparent recycling programs in order to help her clients find real solutions. Currently she is the director of education as well as the vice president of marketing for E.O.M.S. E.O.M.S Recycling, has helped thousands of businesses, schools, & municipalities to recycle effectively while reducing waste and lowering disposal costs.
