Litchfield and Keeler of Concord Commercial broker $95,000 sale
Rumford Realty Group LLC, affiliated with Upton & Hatfield LLC, recently purchased the former Friendly Kitchen property located at 12 - 14 Montgomery St. for $95,000. The building will be torn down and replaced with a parking lot for use by the new owners. Brenda Litchfield and Jody Keeler of Concord Commercial Real Estate represented the seller, The Friendly Kitchen.
