Westwood, MA On behalf of Bradshaw Westwood Trust, R.W. Holmes Realty completed the lease execution of 16,500 s/f by B&G Restaurant Supply Inc., which brings 369 University Ave. to 100% occupancy. 369 University Ave. is a 112,65 s/f warehouse/flex building that is located at the University Ave. / Rte. 128 interchange with access to Rte. 1 and I-95.
Dean Blackey represented the owner while Peter Quinn of Quinn and Associates represented the tenant.
