New Haven, CT Colonial Properties, Inc., completed the following transactions:    

• Fred Messore, senior vice president at Colonial Properties, represented the seller, ADF Properties, LLC, in the sale of 293-295 East St., a 7,130 s/f commercial building for $205,000. The buyer was Greater New Haven Water Pollution Control Authority, represented by Lou Proto from The Proto Group.  The seller was represented by Carl Porto II of Parrett, Porto, Parese, & Colwell in Hamden.  The buyer’s attorney was attorney Larry Levinson of Lawrence Levinson Law in New Haven.

• Commercial brokers Al Melotto and Kevin Weirsman from Colonial Properties, Inc., represented the landlord, Captain Thomas Realty, LLC, in negotiating a ten -year lease for 2,150 s/f restaurant space located at 291 Captain Thomas Blvd., West Haven, to Menya Jiro, LLC.  The space will be remodeled to accommodate a Japanese Ramen Bar.  The landlord was represented by attorney Anthony DeCrosta in Hartford.  

• Bill Weirsman, commercial broker from Colonial Properties, represented the landlord, R.M. Associates, LLC, in negotiating a five-year lease for a fleet fueling facility located at 670 Ella Grasso Blvd., New Haven to Sardar, LLC.  The landlord was represented by attorney Gabriel Cusanelli in New Haven.
