DeStefano & Associates completes 3,400 s/f renovation of Holy Rosary Credit Union; also completes buildings for Starbucks totaling 5,768 s/f

Dover, NH DeStefano & Associates, Inc. completed the interior demolition and renovation of the 3,400 s/f Holy Rosary Credit Union (HRCU) banking location at 490 Central Ave. The renovation was phased so customer bank services were not interrupted. Phase one was the lobby renovation, and phase two was the remodel of the conference room, employee break room, outside façade, and drive-thru.

The lobby, teller stations, and offices focus on a relaxed customer service experience. The lobby wall behind the open tell kiosk consists of Montana sourced blue pine wood panels. This location now features a forefront of banking technology, the ITM (Interactive Teller Machine) in the drive-thru. DeStefano Architects was the appointed architect for this project.

DeStefano also completed the shell for a new Starbucks retail store consisting of 2,200 s/f at 2454 Lafayette Rd. in Portsmouth, and 3,568 s/f at 145 Markeplace Blvd. at The Ridge, Rochester, N.H.
