Warwick, RI Jackson Caffrey of Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal facilitated a 3,654 s/f lease deal at 1350 Greenwich Ave., Unit 5, between the ownership, KSL LLC and the tenant, Wild Lotus Movement, LLC.
Caffrey represented the tenant in this transaction, a boutique yoga studio offering a variety of classes, meditation practices, and mindfulness sessions to members. Wild Lotus Movement specializes in bringing elevated movement and restorative experiences to their community.
They will open in this location on August 1st.
