Navaroli of Harrington & Reeves handles 33,750 s/f lease

Chelmsford, MA Harrington & Reeves/Norton Asset Management has leased 33,750 s/f at 10 Elizabeth Dr. to HITEC Sensor Developments, Inc. Deane Navaroli, a principal with Harrington & Reeves, represented the landlord, Altid Enterprises. James Stubblebine with The Stubblebine Company represented the tenant.

HITEC Sensor Developments was recently formed by the merger of HITEC Sensor Solutions (Littleton, MA) and Sensor Developments (Orion, MI). HITEC Sensor Developments has over 85 years of combined experience in providing custom load cells, force sensors, torque and pressure transducers, and strain gages. These designs provide complete solutions for the aerospace, automotive, industrial, medical, and nuclear and turbomachinery industries. 

Tim Cetto, vice president and general manager of HITEC Sensor Developments said, “We are excited about our planned relocation to Chelmsford, to 10 Elizabeth Dr. in early 2018, as it provides us with a larger and more modern facility to serve our customers.”
